Shipping Information

Shipping out of Hawai'i is like everything else here in the Hawaiian Islands - very expense. Unfortunately, you may discover, your shipping charges may very well cost more than your products; it's a problem we cannot control.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Orders are shipped exclusively via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

For Standard Delivery (4-9 Business Days):

Warm Weather Shipping

Warm Weather Shipping is now in effect for the following states:

ALL STATES UNTIL NOVEMBER 2010

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the heat sensitivity of our candy products, when transit routes or destination temperatures are over 74 degrees F, orders MUST BE SHIPPED via Express Delivery (unless Overnight Delivery is specified). These orders will be shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to protect these products from the heat. Additionally, we will only ship these orders on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so your order will not be in transit over the weekend.

Product Availability

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as the shipping transit time.

For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time

In this example, if you select Standard Delivery, the transit time will be 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days for packing + 3-7 business days (transit time), for a total of 4-9 business days from the time you place your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (4-9 Business Days Total)

Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 9 business days for delivery. Signature is required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Standard Delivery is NOT available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Express Delivery (3-4 Business Days Total)

Orders will arrive within 3-4 business days after being ordered. Signature is required for delivery. Express Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

* NOTE: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped via Express Delivery may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular $22.95 surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

Overnight Delivery (1-2 Business Days Total)

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business day of being ordered. Overnight Delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature is required for delivery. Overnight Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

* NOTE: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped via Overnight Delivery may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular $34.95 surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Standard Delivery shipping to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $22.95. Due to the considerable expense, Express Delivery is NOT available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

* NOTE 1: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular weighted listed surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

NOTE 2: Warm Weather Shipping orders to Alaska and Hawaii will require a surcharge of $22.95 IN ADDITION to the regular weighted listed surcharge.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses
